Live DTF printing services for events
A DTF station is more than a printer and a press. It is a planned line: artwork prepped and RIP'd for film, transfers printed and cured, a staffed table with a clear guest flow, and a finished-goods handoff that does not clog. Here is everything Merch Troop brings.
What runs at the station
Names & numbers
On-demand jersey names, numbers, and guest call-outs printed and pressed at the table. Ideal for teams, reunions, and VIP moments.
Patch & hat bar
Pressed patches and small DTF marks on Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps for a premium branded lid guests keep.
UV DTF stickers
Peel-and-press UV DTF graphics wrap tumblers, bottles, and rigid swag when you want the giveaway to go beyond apparel.
Artwork & RIP
We take your logo files, build the print-ready art with a white underbase, and RIP it for the film so colors land true. Bring vector or high-res raster.
Staffing & setup
Trained operators, the table, power and heat management, load-in, teardown, and a clean guest queue. Staffing is billed at $250/hr and covers the full window.
How we plan capacity
Every station gets sized to the room. Before your date we work through four numbers: expected guests, event hours, how many designs you want to offer, and whether we pre-print transfers or print them live. A single-design, pre-pressed run moves fastest; a build-your-own menu with names is slower but far more memorable.
- Power & space: a station needs roughly a 10×10 footprint and one or two dedicated 20-amp circuits for the press and printer. We confirm venue power at booking.
- Garment sourcing: we can supply blanks (Bella+Canvas 3001, Gildan, caps, totes) or press onto garments you provide.
- Multiple stations: for large crowds we run parallel presses so the line never becomes the story of your event.
