How our service area works
Being headquartered in Orange County shapes how we price and plan. Events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego sit inside our home radius, so there is no travel fee and we can move fast on setup, re-supply, and last-minute additions. Las Vegas is a regular travel destination for us — the trade-show and convention capital where a live press earns its keep on a busy floor — and it carries a travel fee plus convention-center logistics we handle for you.
Beyond those markets, we run nationwide programs when the lead time allows. A travel event means we plan flights or freight for the equipment, lodging for the crew, and venue power and load-in ahead of time, then bill the flat $900 travel fee for events outside OC, LA, and San Diego.
